WARRANTY
1. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
JMC Shopping Cart provides an estimated Shipping and Handling fee estimate. Shipping and Handling fees are verified and you will be contacted before the order is processed to verify the shipping fees if the actual shipping and handling fees are different than the fees estimated in the shopping cart.
Most orders placed on JMC will be processed and shipped within the same day. However we do ask for our customers to allow for up to 72 for processing and shipment of orders.
If an Item is in stock and ready to ship it will go out the day of the order in most cases. The cutoff time for processing and shipment is 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time(MST). Some items may be shipped the following day or within 72 hours if being shipped directly from the Items manufacturer.
2. PRODUCT RETURNS
Return of Products purchased hereunder, whether for stock balancing purposes or because such Products are claimed to be defective, shall be governed by JMC Product Return policies as set forth BELOW - "Return Policy" - in effect on the date of the invoice, or as otherwise provided by JMC to Buyer in writing. JMC reserves the right to modify or eliminate such policies at any time. Although JMC policies may permit Buyer to return Products claimed to be defective under certain circumstances, JMC makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Products. JMC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. JMC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST OR EXPENSE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY. The right to return defective Products, as previously described, shall constitute JMC sole liability and Buyer's exclusive remedy in connection with any claim of any kind relating to the quality, condition or performance of any Product, whether such claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise. In the event JMC issues a return authorization to Buyer allowing Buyer to return Product to JMC, Buyer will deliver the Product to JMC address in the United States, if so required by JMC, and Buyer shall bear all applicable federal, state, municipal and other government taxes (such as sales, use and similar taxes) as well as import or customs duties, license fees and similar charges, however designated or levied, on any replacement Product to be shipped by JMC to Buyer.
3. RETURN POLICY
We at JMC beleive in being fair to our Customers and Clients. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us and return the product back to us within 21 days in like new condition, you may exchange the product, or receive a full refund, except as explained below. Items must be in like new condition with the original box, unopened, including all manuals, accessories, and UPC Code.
Conditions:
Opened Items may be returned per JMC descretion and may be charged a repacking and inventory fee of up to 15% or the purchase price minus the resaleable price.
Shipping and delivery fees will not be refunded with any delivery or with any shipment refused at the time of delivery.
Open software may not be returned for a refund.
3. WARRANTY
JMC guarantees all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year from date of sale. To initiate a warranty claim, suspected defective product must be returned to JMC with the nature of potential defect documented for factory evaluation. Any product with a determined defect in material or workmanship will be replaced with equivalent product at no charge.
This warranty comprises the sole and entire warranty pertaining to items provided hereunder. There is no other warranty, guarantee, express or implied representation of any kind whatsoever. All other warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for purpose, whether express, implied, or arising by operation of law, course of dealing, or trade usage are hereby disclaimed. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof; and this warranty does not apply in cases of abuse, mishandling, or normal use depreciation. In no event, whether alleged to arise from breach of contract, express or implied warranty, by operation of law, negligence or otherwise, will JMC be liable for any incidental, consequential, lost property, or other special damages of any kind whatsoever. The exclusive, only remedy under this warranty is the replacement of determined defective parts as set forth above.
